Move. Breathe. Create.
Join Crystal for a one-of-a-kind experience that blends soulful yoga, creative expression, and energetic renewal. This journey begins with a grounding, fluid yoga flow to awaken the body’s creative centers,  inviting movement, emotion, and inspiration to rise.

From there, you’ll be guided into an intuitive art practice where color, energy, and emotion meet on the page. Using simple materials and expressive techniques, you’ll translate your inner flow into visual form — no art experience required, just an open heart and curious spirit.

Each participant will create a personal piece of artwork as a reflection of their awakened creative spark. This is a reminder that this creative energy can flow into all aspects of life.

Crystal weaves music, mindfulness, and crystal energy throughout, creating a space that feels both grounding and expansive, playful and deeply healing.
What to Expect:
- Gentle guided yoga flow (all levels welcome)
- Breathwork + visualization for creativity
- Intuitive art experience (all materials provided)
- Crystal-infused environment + soulful playlist
- Reflection + closing meditation

Leave feeling centered. Inspired. Reconnected to your creative spark.
