This 75-minute practice blends gentle movement, yin-inspired stillness, and guided Yoga Nidra to help you unwind and restore. We begin with slow, intentional flow to warm the body and soften & hydrate the fascia, then shift into longer-held postures to release tension and nourish connective tissues. Class closes with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as “yogic sleep” or NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) which supports deep rest, nervous system balance, and better sleep.

Designed to calm the parasympathetic nervous system and support recovery, this class is perfect for athletes, busy professionals, and anyone needing space to let go and if you're looking for a reset so you can take even more of the fabulous other offerings at the Berkshire Yoga Festival! You’ll leave feeling grounded, rested, and renewed.
