Join Hania for a vinyasa yoga class that challenges and strengthens the body and mind, followed by restorative poses to calm the mind and nourish the soul. Explore the paradox of effort and ease in practice—how liberation and strength often emerge through discipline, surrender, and working through resistance.

With the theme of the butterfly, you’ll be invited to create space for reflection and listen to inspiring readings from Home Is Here, Hania’s newest book. Come gather in community to honor this offering of wisdom, presence, and belonging.
This workshop will incorporate a flowing vinyasa sequence that highlights resilience, along with poses and breathwork that open the hips and heart, symbolically connected to the butterfly.

All participants will receive a special gift.
