Berkshire Yoga Festival 2026

In this 3-hour workshop, we will:
- Learn the theory and practice of Yoga Therapy for working with conditions that impact mental health
- Understanding anxiety and how adapt and calibrate the tools of Yoga Therapy to manage conditions of anxiety.
- Do a full practice focused on managing anxiety.

This practice that will include āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra japa, svādhyāya, and meditation.
