This session offers a deeply calming, pranayama and meditation-centered experience designed to quiet mental noise and restore inner steadiness. Drawing on Satvavajaya, the yogic and Ayurvedic art of guiding the mind toward clarity, participants will be led through simple, accessible inner practices that support calm, focus, and nervous system balance. With minimal movement and extended guided stillness, this session invites participants to experience calm as a skill that can be cultivated intentionally and returned to in daily life. The emphasis is on slowing down, listening inwardly, and reconnecting with a felt sense of ease and clarity.
