Grief is a sacred teacher - an expression of love, loss, and transformation. In this healing workshop, we journey through the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether—to explore how nature’s wisdom can support us in moving through grief with compassion and grace.

Through a blend of grief yoga, breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices, we will honor our emotional landscapes and awaken the body’s natural capacity for healing.
