Sunday Soul Love : The Art of Self-Healing is a guided, experiential workshop designed to support participants in learning and practicing self-healing techniques.

Rooted in Reiki-informed principles and embodied awareness, this workshop blends meditative movement, meditation, mantra and deep rest to help participants reconnect with their own capacity for healing and regulation, build trust and connection with themselves, and channel the loving energy of the divine within.

The tools shared are intuitive, practical, and adaptable, making them easy to integrate into daily life.

This session provides space for reflection and integration — supporting participants as they ground the weekend's experiences and leave with practical, sustainable tools for self-care, self-healing, and ongoing connection to their inner guidance.
