This unique offering begins at a Trailhead at the based on Jiminy Peak where you will be guided on a short hike along a forest trail to a hidden outdoor destination—quiet, grounded, and alive with morning energy.

There, Garth Stevenson, acclaimed bassist and composer, will guide you through a meditative journey using live music, stories, and mindful awareness. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, this experience invites you to drop in, reset, and attune to the natural rhythm of the mountain—an embodied form of forest bathing through sound.
After the session, participants will return back down the path, carrying the calm and clarity of the morning back into the festival day.

Please note: This hike is not to the Jiminy Summit This outdoor session is weather-dependent. In the event of adverse weather, the experience may be modified or canceled.
