Cyndi will introduce the basic nuts and bolts of Longevity work: health span vs life span, movement as the #1 aging intervention and the 7 essential movements for longevity.

Then we will put this work in action through a Long Life yoga class designed to help you:
* build bone and muscle via a yogic approach to “progressive load” work; feel energized without spiking cortisol and burning out adrenals;
* experience longevity nervous system elements to hone your focus, soothe your mind and regulate your energy.

Along with alignment-based instructions to clarify position and intention, Cyndi will drop in mindfulness instructions to help you balance action and attention. And it will be fun!

Who is it for?
Long Life Yoga is designed for yoga students interested in practicing in a way will support them for years to come.

Long Life Yoga class will give yoga teachers the tools to confidently and creatively incorporate proven longevity practices into your yoga practice, yoga classes and private sessions with students of all ages. Yoga teachers wishing to expand their teaching skills and marketability around the growing interest in longevity practices.
