About me
Josie has worked as a teacher and healer in the wellness industry for two and half decades, including yoga, meditation, somatics, functional anatomy, pilates, personal training, myofascial mobilization, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and western herbalism. She also has decades experience as a theater and dance artist and producer. Josie is initiated as a Shamanic Practitioner in Unani Medicine from Malaysia Borneo. Along with Corrigan Luckey, Josie is a cofounder of Oak and Thistle Healing, a company combining the power of herbs and mushrooms with embodiment and spiritual practices. As a duo, they are committed to supporting people transmute illness into
health, connect to community, and find joy in the aliveness of the world around them.
