With over 25 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, and program development, Liza previously owned a yoga studio business for 15 years and built a successful retreat business hosting retreats around the world. She also held leadership roles at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health for six years, deepening her expertise in both the transformational and operational sides of retreat leadership.
