About me
Michele believes movement is medicine, and that every person deserves to feel strong, safe, and grounded in their body. Long before she ever touched an aerial hammock, Michele grew up dancing... ballet, tap, jazz, cheerleading, competitive gymnastics, and ballroom. The silks became a natural continuation of a lifetime spent flying, balancing, leaping, and expressing through movement. Aerial feels like home to her, and she loves sharing that sense of freedom with her students.
A dedicated student of Kind Yoga School, Michele earned her 200-hour certification and advanced 300-hour training there, while simultaneously completing a second 300-hour program with Down Under School of Yoga. She continued her aerial studies internationally, including training in Peru with FlyYoga in 2019, and is also Reiki I certified.
She works with seniors, children, and people in recovery, along with anyone seeking confidence, healing, or ease. Her classes are sensory and therapeutic, often incorporating sound bowls, gentle oils, and affirmations, and she teaches with humor, compassion, and a playful imagination that helps students feel safe and seen.
Michele believes yoga, movement, and mindful presence offer a much needed pause in an overstimulated world.
Stepping onto the mat or into the air becomes a small mental vacation, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to open. Michele is enthusiastic about her newest offering, LIFT Sessions — one-on-one, supportive
experiences that help calm the nervous system, shift perspective, and restore balance.
Sessions are personalized and may include mindful conversation, breathwork, awareness practices, nervous system regulation techniques, gentle movement, and relaxation — offering space to reset, reconnect, and feel lifted.
