About me
Danielle is a Yoga Teacher and Grief Counselor based in Central Massachusetts, dedicated to creating healing spaces where body, breath, and spirit can reconnect.
Her journey into yoga began at age 16, following years of classical ballet and dance. While recovering from an injury, Danielle turned to yoga for physical relief—but what she discovered was something far deeper: a return to strength, a reconnection with her spiritual Self, and the beginning of a lifelong path of healing and service.
After navigating profound personal loss, Danielle experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga, breathwork, and meditation in processing grief. This led her to pursue advanced training in grief support, becoming a Certified Grief Counselor through the American Institute of Health Care Professionals and a Certified Grief Informed Professional through PESI, in addition to her degree in Human Services. She now offers heart-centered, holistic grief care and Wellness coaching that may include mindful breathwork, somatic movement, guided meditation, ritual, and creative expression as tools for healing.
Danielle’s yoga training officially began in 2005 and spans styles including Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative and Nada yoga. Deeply committed to inclusivity, she offers private and group sessions in prenatal, family yoga, chair/accessible yoga, and yoga for grief and trauma—guided by her belief that Yoga is for Every Body.
She is also a trained Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Practitioner, Sound Healer, Reiki Master, and CranioSacral Therapy practitioner through the Upledger Institute, with additional experience in Thai Yoga Massage and the Roll Model method of therapeutic self-massage techniques.
Beyond the studio, Danielle finds joy in homeschooling her children, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family—continually weaving the practice of yoga into everyday life.
