About me
Dr. Becky Acabchuk is a neuroscientist and wellbeing expert whose research explores the benefits of mind-body practices for enhancing mental and physical health. She is a Research Scientist at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University and also serves as a Sleep Specialist with O2X Human Performance, where she teaches mind-body tools to first responders, elite athletes, and firefighters to support sleep, fatigue management, and resilience. Becky’s work is inspired by two decades of teaching and practicing yoga, meditation, breath and energy work, as well as her recent trips to India and Nepal teaching neuroscience to Tibetan monks and nuns through the Science for Monks Foundation.
