Pillars of Longevity: Yoga for Grip Strength and Cardio Respiratory Health
Thursday June 11, 2026 9:00am - 12:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
You may recognize these two leading indicators for longevity. But whatever is helpful in the future must be attained and maintained for its healthy benefits today. We’ll explore these vital health markers in remarkably doable ways. What good is it to attain if we cannot easily maintain? We’ll address wrist issues and arthritic tendencies in the base of the thumb. You’ll learn why it’s not so much strength, but grip function that’s vital. But foundational to it all is cardio-respiratory health. We’ll delve into practical and straightforward breathing practices you can easily incorporate into your daily life. The results you experience will naturally inspire simple, steady practice.

Luminous Coherence: A Meditation Protocol to Rewire the Brain and Unlock Lasting Freedom
Thursday June 11, 2026 9:30am - 12:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Luminous Coherence unites modern science and ancient wisdom. This is a breakthrough, evidence-informed protocol that draws from neuroscience, CBT-informed self-inquiry, mindfulness, and tantric kriya meditation. Initially, the technique accelerates access to unified—non-dual—awareness. Progressively it then is applied to retrain default patterning in the brain and nervous system, transforming maladaptive mental, emotional, and behavioral tendencies. The result is a new and expansive sense of freedom––moment to moment to moment.

Research shows the practice provides “significant” measurable gains in emotional resilience, stress recovery, daily functioning and discipline, trauma-linked reactivity, creativity and insight—in seasoned as well as newer meditators. Rather than chasing peak experiences, the practice leads one to the stable healing ground of coherence, clarity and compassion for yourself, others and the world.

Sati, Gom, Cho, Saddha & Sustainable Yoga
Thursday June 11, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Yoga is always about being integrated — with yourself, with each other, with the world. Yet we forget this all the time.

Sati is a practice of remembering: your motivation, basic goodness, and inter-being-ness. Cyndi will introduce this concept, along with Gom, Cho, and Sadha- the traditional Buddhist progression for establishing an integrated, personal practice.

We will embody this work through a Sustainable Yoga practice: medium-paced vinyasa, precise alignment and mindfulness of feelings give us tools for embodying this four-part process.

As you remember and get familiar with moving in ways that nourish, strengthen and create physical resiliency, your yoga practice becomes self-renewing. Breath by breath, you will develop presence, stability, nimbleness, and confidence.

Perimenopause and post-menopause produce vast bodywide changes to the female body. But its impact on fascial tissues has only recently emerged in scientific literature. Fascia remodels due to the presence or lack of estrogen. This transformation can result in pains that invisibly erupt out of “nowhere" in joints large and small. This workshop will take you through critical data to help, whether you are female bodied encountering these changes, or you work with this population. Expect rollouts that support common pain complaints during peri/post/menopause including frozen shoulder, hip pain, breast tenderness, pelvic floor pain and more.

Somatic Psychology of Yoga: Unlocking Equanimity of Mind
Thursday June 11, 2026 2:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Grow into joyfulness and unconditional well-being!

We need all the limbs of the Yoga Sutra’s ashtanga yoga, (plus a bit of help from Yoga Sutra’s Four Attitudes) to reconfigure persistent painful habits of body and mind. A brief look at the functions of the mind and nervous system reveals how and why the full range of yoga practice is potent, effective, and necessary.

In this intensive we’ll look at the kleshas (afflictions) in light of modern neuroscience and explore what it means to embody the Yoga Sutra:
● Correct misalignments of survival instincts with restraints (yamas) and yoga practice
● Practice breath-aligned movement and yogic breathing to balance the nervous system and develop interoception (mindfulness and self-awareness)
● Correct emotional and behavior misalignment with observances (niyamas) and four attitudes—antidotes to common undesirable tendencies
● Learn a simple short but powerful daily self-reflection practice
● Correct conceptual and perceptional misalignments through meditation and self reflection (svadhyaya)

Thursday June 11, 2026 7:00pm - 8:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
Yoga Nidra is both an ancient practice and a timeless state of being. As a state, it is the sublime experience of resting at the edge of deep, where dreamless sleep meets unbound awareness. As a practice, it is a step-by-step methodology that moves one progressively into that state. In addition to being an effortless way to reduce stress and enter meditative awareness, Yoga Nidra reveals pristine awareness or “clear-seeing,” elevating how you perceive yourself and the world.
In this session, we outline the deep insights about the practice and address its relevance as one of the most powerful healing modalities for mitigating many of the challenges of modern life, as well as the science of helping lead us to resting effortlessly in the pristine joy of being. The class includes practice(s) as well as theory. Please bring what you need to be warm, comfortable, and able to rest on your back (e.g., a blanket, pillow, thick mat).

Garth Stevenson Solo Concert: music - storytelling - film | Presented by beYogi
Thursday June 11, 2026 8:15pm - 9:45pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Garth Stevenson is a double bassist and composer known for creating music in direct communion with the natural world. On a 2010 expedition to Antarctica with biologist Dr. Roger Payne, Garth imitated whale calls on his double bass, attracting a dozen sei whales to their icebreaker. In 2025, he traveled to Baja, Mexico, to play for humpback whales. Standing on a small fishing boat, Stevenson played his bass live through underwater speakers while listening to the underwater sound of humpbacks through hydrophones, creating an environment where they could hear and respond to each other. These interactions were captured by National Geographic director Andy Mann for an installation at the Museum of Natural History in Mexico City.

Join Garth for an evening of music, storytelling, and film at the Berkshire Yoga Festival. He will be playing along with footage and underwater recordings of his interactions with whales in Mexico, telling stories about his time in Antarctica playing music for penguins, seals, icebergs, and premiering music from his new album.

After the physical yoga is done for the day join us for an authentic experience of Bakthi Yoga Puja.

Yagam  (yagna or homam) is an ancient sacred fire ritual where auspicious items such as ghee (clarified butter) are offered into the sacred agni (fire) and to the devas (celestial beings). Vedic chants accompany this. Various types of yagam items offered may vary with each ceremony and hold specific symbolism. The purpose of this ritual is for loka kalyan (the benefit of humankind).

Tobias Meinecke is a long-time devotee of Indian saint Sri Sakthi Amma. This will be a special experience of Bakthi Yoga Puja, or ritualized meditation.
