Thursday June 11, 2026 9:00am - 12:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
You may recognize these two leading indicators for longevity. But whatever is helpful in the future must be attained and maintained for its healthy benefits today. We’ll explore these vital health markers in remarkably doable ways. What good is it to attain if we cannot easily maintain? We’ll address wrist issues and arthritic tendencies in the base of the thumb. You’ll learn why it’s not so much strength, but grip function that’s vital. But foundational to it all is cardio-respiratory health. We’ll delve into practical and straightforward breathing practices you can easily incorporate into your daily life. The results you experience will naturally inspire simple, steady practice.

Luminous Coherence: A Meditation Protocol to Rewire the Brain and Unlock Lasting Freedom
Thursday June 11, 2026 9:30am - 12:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Luminous Coherence unites modern science and ancient wisdom. This is a breakthrough, evidence-informed protocol that draws from neuroscience, CBT-informed self-inquiry, mindfulness, and tantric kriya meditation. Initially, the technique accelerates access to unified—non-dual—awareness. Progressively it then is applied to retrain default patterning in the brain and nervous system, transforming maladaptive mental, emotional, and behavioral tendencies. The result is a new and expansive sense of freedom––moment to moment to moment.

Research shows the practice provides “significant” measurable gains in emotional resilience, stress recovery, daily functioning and discipline, trauma-linked reactivity, creativity and insight—in seasoned as well as newer meditators. Rather than chasing peak experiences, the practice leads one to the stable healing ground of coherence, clarity and compassion for yourself, others and the world.

Roll Model Menopause
FILLING
Thursday June 11, 2026 2:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity filling up
Perimenopause and post-menopause produce vast bodywide changes to the female body. But its impact on fascial tissues has only recently emerged in scientific literature. Fascia remodels due to the presence or lack of estrogen. This transformation can result in pains that invisibly erupt out of “nowhere" in joints large and small. This workshop will take you through critical data to help, whether you are female bodied encountering these changes, or you work with this population. Expect rollouts that support common pain complaints during peri/post/menopause including frozen shoulder, hip pain, breast tenderness, pelvic floor pain and more.

Somatic Psychology of Yoga: Unlocking Equanimity of Mind
Thursday June 11, 2026 2:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Grow into joyfulness and unconditional well-being!

We need all the limbs of the Yoga Sutra’s ashtanga yoga, (plus a bit of help from Yoga Sutra’s Four Attitudes) to reconfigure persistent painful habits of body and mind. A brief look at the functions of the mind and nervous system reveals how and why the full range of yoga practice is potent, effective, and necessary.

In this intensive we’ll look at the kleshas (afflictions) in light of modern neuroscience and explore what it means to embody the Yoga Sutra:
● Correct misalignments of survival instincts with restraints (yamas) and yoga practice
● Practice breath-aligned movement and yogic breathing to balance the nervous system and develop interoception (mindfulness and self-awareness)
● Correct emotional and behavior misalignment with observances (niyamas) and four attitudes—antidotes to common undesirable tendencies
● Learn a simple short but powerful daily self-reflection practice
● Correct conceptual and perceptional misalignments through meditation and self reflection (svadhyaya)
