Here’s another opportunity to dive into Chair Yoga with Stephan and Ingrid! These classes are some of the most popular offerings at their NYC studio. We’ll go deeper and take more time to sequence, while we honor the many different types of folks that attend this form of yoga class. The framework will remain the same: celebrating movement; bringing accessibility to the practice; troubleshooting common challenges; and being super creative, inspiring, and fun with the chair (not necessarily on the chair!). You’ll be amazed by what’s possible in a chair yoga class. This is a great class for students and, if you’re a teacher, it’s also an excellent opportunity to discover or reimagine a new revenue stream for you and your studio.
