CHECK-IN LOCATION:
All guests must check in at BYF Headquarters upon arrival.
HQ is located near the main entrance to the festival grounds at Jiminy Peak and is easy to find once you arrive.
You only need to check in ONCE upon your initial arrival. You do not need to check in again each day.
At check-in, you will:
Complete your festival waiver
Receive your event bracelet or festival stamp depending on pass type
Receive your festival swag bag
Pick up your official festival guide and map
WHAT TO HAVE READY BEFORE ARRIVING:
Before you get to the mountain, please make sure you:
Can log into your Sched account from your mobile device
Can access your ticket/pass QR code in Sched
Have assigned guest passes if you purchased tickets for additional attendees
This is extremely important.
WiFi and cell service can occasionally be limited on the mountain, so we strongly recommend taking screenshots of your ticket QR code and personal schedule.
When you arrive at HQ, you will be asked to scan a QR code to complete the waiver on your phone while you wait in line.
Once you reach the nect available HQ volunteer, simply show your ticket QR code or provide your name/email address for lookup
