Her teaching style is thoughtfully designed with creative sequencing and smooth transitions to a dynamic, and curated playlist that will take you on a journey that is a “straight shot to the soul.” Lora’s friendly personality and positive energy welcome everyone to this all-levels class,encouraging self-expression and intuitive play. She brings joy and lightness to the practice while creating moments to face the truth of the challenging times we are in. Be the change, be the bright light. 


Join Lora in this uplifting fun flow from start to finish. Inversions and arm balances are integrated and offered as options during peak poses. Expect to leave inspired and energized with a few new smiles and connections exchanged with your fellow yogis.

Kick off the weekend with a bang. Make friends, share laughs, get the blood flowing, and maybe even be crowned the Champion of Funk.
The playlist sets the vibe and the energy carries the room. This all-levels flow was created to get the people moving, but be warned… there are a few super-important, completely nonsensical rules that must be followed.
You will learn the names of your fellow yogis… or else. This class shifts into a team effort where everyone supports each other and the good vibes keep building.
At the tail end of class, one of you will be crowned Champion of Funk, and we finish with a trivia round. Not yoga trivia… the good stuff. Random facts that expand your horizons and give you the most interesting conversation starter when you get home.

Vinyasa Flow is the practice of synchronizing movement with breath, creating a continuous rhythm that links effort and awareness. Rooted in the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions, vinyasa also allows space for creative interpretation, psychological insight, and spiritual inquiry, making it a living, evolving practice rather than a fixed form.
Because of its fluid nature, vinyasa requires thoughtful sequencing and precise cueing to support stability, integrity, and safety. When done well, it builds strength without strain, mobility without collapse, and focus without rigidity. This class explores both the physical architecture and the subtle intelligence of vinyasa practice, emphasizing how alignment, breath, and transitions work together to support the nervous system and prepare the body for meditation.
We will move through the traditional arc of a vinyasa class, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, hip openers, backbends, forward bends, inversions, yin, and restorative postures. Along the way, we will examine breathwork, the relationship between effort and ease, as well as the benefits and potential risks of common postures.
This class is designed for students who want a deeper understanding of asana, and for teachers interested in how I organize, pace, and instruct vinyasa as both a technical and devotional practice.
