This guided experience begins with a gentle warm-up to awaken sensitivity to prana, then unfolds as a silent hike through the forested trails of lower Jiminy Peak. Along the way, settle into a breath-centered guided meditation that turns your energy inward, leaving you clear, vibrant, and ready to fully embrace the day ahead.

Begin your journey with a scenic chairlift ride to the summit of Jiminy Peak, where sweeping views of the Taconic Mountains set the stage for a truly unforgettable evening. From there, you’ll be guided on a short, gentle hike down a forest trail to a secluded outdoor glen tucked into the mountainside.

Waiting for you is critically acclaimed bassist and composer Garth Stevenson, who will weave live music, meditation, and storytelling into an immersive forest-bathing experience. As the light softens and the day transitions toward dusk, allow the resonance of sound and nature to guide you into stillness, reflection, and connection.

Following the experience, participants will return via chairlift as the mountain glows in golden hour light—an unforgettable close to a magical offering.

This unique offering begins at a Trailhead at the based on Jiminy Peak where you will be guided on a short hike along a forest trail to a hidden outdoor destination—quiet, grounded, and alive with morning energy.

There, Garth Stevenson, acclaimed bassist and composer, will guide you through a meditative journey using live music, stories, and mindful awareness. Surrounded by trees and birdsong, this experience invites you to drop in, reset, and attune to the natural rhythm of the mountain—an embodied form of forest bathing through sound.
After the session, participants will return back down the path, carrying the calm and clarity of the morning back into the festival day.
