Somatic Psychology of Yoga: Unlocking Equanimity of Mind
Thursday June 11, 2026 2:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Grow into joyfulness and unconditional well-being!

We need all the limbs of the Yoga Sutra’s ashtanga yoga, (plus a bit of help from Yoga Sutra’s Four Attitudes) to reconfigure persistent painful habits of body and mind. A brief look at the functions of the mind and nervous system reveals how and why the full range of yoga practice is potent, effective, and necessary.

In this intensive we’ll look at the kleshas (afflictions) in light of modern neuroscience and explore what it means to embody the Yoga Sutra:
● Correct misalignments of survival instincts with restraints (yamas) and yoga practice
● Practice breath-aligned movement and yogic breathing to balance the nervous system and develop interoception (mindfulness and self-awareness)
● Correct emotional and behavior misalignment with observances (niyamas) and four attitudes—antidotes to common undesirable tendencies
● Learn a simple short but powerful daily self-reflection practice
● Correct conceptual and perceptional misalignments through meditation and self reflection (svadhyaya)

✴️ Entrepreneurship & Yoga: From Hustle to Freedom, Retirement Paths for Yoga Professionals
Friday June 12, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
Most yogis don't get into yoga because they want to be entrepreneurs... however, many find themselves becoming so out of necessity. For yoga teachers and studio owners there is often a sense that their work is a "hustle," the opposite quality of life most yogis are going for. Why is this? Because yogis don't have an exit strategy. The big difference between entrepreneurs and yoga teachers is that entrepreneurs building a business go through a few years of "grind" to then later have an "exit" where they sell the company for a lot of money and presumably live the good life.

So what would this look like for yoga teachers? Is retirement even possible for yoga professionals?

This workshop will be chocked full of helpful advice, principles, and practices for crafting a yoga career with a happy ending. In this workshop Andrew will share 4 different paths to sustainable careers in yoga: The Educator, The Healer, The Studio Owner and the Yoga Empire. He'll discuss the different qualities, skills, and people that work best in each path so that you can think about how to move your own yoga career forward.

We’ll go deeper and take more time to sequence, while we honor the many different types of folks that attend this form of yoga class. The framework will remain the same: celebrating movement; bringing accessibility to the practice; troubleshooting common challenges; and being super creative, inspiring, and fun with the chair (not necessarily on the chair!). You’ll be amazed by what’s possible in a chair yoga class. This is a great class for students and, if you’re a teacher, it’s also an excellent opportunity to discover or reimagine a new revenue stream for you and your studio.

Intro to Teaching Yoga for Fertility & Hormone Optimization
Saturday June 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Yoga teachers looking to find an amazing niche should consider learning how to work with individuals who want to get pregnant. Fertility Yoga is the groundbreaking work that explores the different yoga techniques that balance our hormones and release our stress. By releasing our stress our bodies are better able to function with our reproductive needs. Yoga helps with fertility in a number of ways: through stress reduction, encouraging hormonal balance, helping people with their mental health, and helping with pain relief. Yoga is also known to help boost endorphins. The same way that women get balancing of the hormones, a man can also see improvement of sperm production practicing yoga. There have been studies that show that doing fertility yoga during Ivf or art helps increase the chances of getting pregnant as well. Yoga is also helpful for relaxing the muscles of the hips and pelvis to promote a healthy pregnancy. When teaching each fertility yoga class the class ends with a discussion and meditation involving balancing the chakras associated with fertility. This way every pathway is focused on in this fertility yoga class.

Melissa Boyd is a master teacher with over 30 years experience as a movement specialist. She spearheaded the first program for yoga and fertility in Long Island and worked in collaboration with two infertility clinics and a wellness group bringing the work into fruition. Melissa has been teaching yoga for fertility for over 20 years, and now continues to take on private or couple clients, as well as teaching risings in it.

Embodied Confidence: Teaching From the Inside Out
Sunday June 14, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
This workshop is for festival-goers who feel the spark of teaching—or who want to deepen the way they show up in any room they enter. Abby blends nervous system awareness, self-trust, voice, and presence to help participants step out of their heads and into their bodies. You’ll explore teaching as leadership: how to hold space with confidence, speak from authenticity, and embody who you are rather than imitate someone else.
Rooted in the philosophy behind Radiance Yoga’s signature classes—known for being packed week after week—this session offers a behind-the-scenes look at what truly creates magnetic, impactful experiences. It’s not about choreography or cues alone; it’s about energy, clarity, and connection.
Designed for both aspiring and current teachers, this workshop is experiential and transformational. Participants will move, reflect, and reconnect with their own inner authority. You’ll leave feeling grounded, capable, and inspired, thinking: “I want to be in rooms like this more often. I’m ready to grow into my voice and share this energy.”

Your Practice is the Brand: Me Mode™ for Yoga Teachers + Students
Sunday June 14, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
The most powerful thing you offer as a teacher isn't something you manufacture, rather something you already embody.
This workshop invites yoga teachers into Me Mode™, a practice-based approach to teaching that honors your nervous system, your truth, and the particular way you move through the world.
We'll start on the mat. Through a carefully shaped practice, we'll let sensation, breath, intuition, and stillness do what they do best—  reveal what's actually there.
From there, we'll explore what it means to teach from the ground of your own life, rather than from comparison, trends, or the exhausting work of performing. You won't leave with a formula for "building your brand." You'll leave with something quieter and more durable: a clearer sense of what makes your teaching feel true, and how to speak from that place without dimming yourself or burning out.
Through reflection, embodied inquiry, and tools you can actually use, we'll work with:
  • What makes your teaching feel honest and unmistakably yours
  • How to shape felt experience into words that land
  • Ways to share your work that don't cost you your energy or integrity
While Sonia is happy to share on-camera/ social media tips and answer questions on growing your audiences & reaching goals of selling out retreats, please note this isn't a lecture on visibility. It's a space where your practice, insight, and presence converge so you can teach from who you are, not who you think you should be.
*Please bring a journal to this workshop.

Sunday June 14, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
In this 90 minute teachers practice, we will look at many bodies in several different shapes and address each person's individual needs dependent upon what the body presents. This will assume you have some experience with putting your hands on students and are looking to train your eye to see what exactly each body needs. We will analyze where the body needs more (or less) earth, more (or less) fire, more fluidity, less rigidity, more breath or more space. The result is using hands on adjusting beyond a 101 perspective; you will refine your ability to make the time you spend in a students’ space feel unique , satisfying and revelatory.
