Embracing Abundance: An Introduction to the Mantras of Sri Sukta
FILLING
Friday June 12, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity filling up
The Sri Sukta is a sacred cluster of sixteen mantras dedicated to the Divine Mother as the source of abundance, nourishment, and sustaining power in the universe. Far more than prayers for material well-being, these awakened mantras align consciousness with the subtle forces that support wholeness, vitality, and inner prosperity.

In this immersive workshop, Ishan Tigunait will introduce the Sri Sukta within its yogic and spiritual context, exploring how mantra functions as a living force rather than a symbolic chant. Participants will learn one mantra from the Sri Sukta in depth, including its meaning, energetic quality, and proper pronunciation. Through practice, Sri Sukta becomes a direct experience of inner abundance that naturally expresses itself outward into the world.

This session is accessible to practitioners of all levels and is especially meaningful for those interested in mantra, the Divine Feminine, or cultivating a more supportive and nourishing inner landscape.

In this session, we will explore:
● The purpose and spiritual significance of the Sri Sukta
● How mantra works to awaken abundance and nurturance
● The meaning, sound, and practice of one Sri Sukta mantra
● How inner prosperity becomes the ground for outer fulfillment

Participants will leave with a lived experience of mantra practice and a deeper understanding of abundance as a spiritual and embodied reality.

Letting Be: Consent as a spiritual practice
Friday June 12, 2026 4:00pm - 5:00pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
This gently contemplative session asks: what would happen if we brought consent into the heart of our yoga? Is there a way to be together, side by side, and cherish our uniqueness, our differences, and even our brokenness together? If we pause to notice the moment in which we decide to say either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to the practice, what might we achieve, on the mat, off the mat, and in the world?
These surprisingly profound enquiries will be explored through quiet movement, a little optional pair work, and a nourishing yoga nidra together. Suitable for anyone ready to think a little deeper about what it is we’re doing, alone and together, on the mat.

In this keynote, Pandit Tigunait shares the time-tested practice of tantra vidya which is sweet and insightful right from the start, and fulfilling at each step of our progress. This practice is based on his latest book, Sri Sukta: Tantra of Inner Prosperity.

Intro to Teaching Yoga for Fertility & Hormone Optimization
Saturday June 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
Yoga teachers looking to find an amazing niche should consider learning how to work with individuals who want to get pregnant. Fertility Yoga is the groundbreaking work that explores the different yoga techniques that balance our hormones and release our stress. By releasing our stress our bodies are better able to function with our reproductive needs. Yoga helps with fertility in a number of ways: through stress reduction, encouraging hormonal balance, helping people with their mental health, and helping with pain relief. Yoga is also known to help boost endorphins. The same way that women get balancing of the hormones, a man can also see improvement of sperm production practicing yoga. There have been studies that show that doing fertility yoga during Ivf or art helps increase the chances of getting pregnant as well. Yoga is also helpful for relaxing the muscles of the hips and pelvis to promote a healthy pregnancy. When teaching each fertility yoga class the class ends with a discussion and meditation involving balancing the chakras associated with fertility. This way every pathway is focused on in this fertility yoga class.

Melissa Boyd is a master teacher with over 30 years experience as a movement specialist. She spearheaded the first program for yoga and fertility in Long Island and worked in collaboration with two infertility clinics and a wellness group bringing the work into fruition. Melissa has been teaching yoga for fertility for over 20 years, and now continues to take on private or couple clients, as well as teaching risings in it.

A Yoga of the Foot: 3 Easy Points for being a Better Biped
Saturday June 13, 2026 4:00pm - 5:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
As a species, humans have been walking erect for about 2 million years. Yet, in what amounts to an evolutionary blink of an eye, the natural unprocessed earth has literally been pulled out from under our feet. We have leveled, paved, and otherwise smoothed out the unpredictable terrain our feet evolved to live upon. Added to this insult is the injury of restrictive footwear and poor gait habits.  It’s no wonder we have an epidemic of physical ills in the industrialized world that can be traced back to our compromised foundations.

This workshop will delve deeply into the anatomical structure, function and retraining of our feet as the foundation for a healthy asana practice and for living more fully functional lives as happy bipeds.

Sunday June 14, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
In recent years we’ve seen an unprecedented number of gurus and senior yoga teachers credibly accused of financial, sexual and spiritual abuse. As survivors grieve and lineages try to rebuild, it’s time for a bigger conversation about power relations in modern yoga.

How can we ensure better accountability in the yoga teaching space?

Can we continue to honor our sources while keeping all of us safer?

And is the age of the yoga guru finally over?

Join us for an honest conversation about hope, harm and justice, about the way power flows through practice, and about healing in community.

Living Symbols and Inner Practices: Bhūta Śuddhi & Cakra Sādhana – Anāhata Cakra
Sunday June 14, 2026 10:00am - 11:00am EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
We all have the recurring experience of frustration and suffering - from different causes, and at different levels of intensity - throughout our daily lives. In response to this recurring experience, we seek to release suffering and find fulfillment outwardly and, as a result, become entangled in what the Ancients called the ‘world of name and form’. This misguided seeking perpetuates the recurrence of unresolved issues, frustrations, tension, and suffering that we all experience throughout our lives.

Deep methods of Inner Practice evolved in the tradition of Tantric Laya Yoga through which we can break this recurring cycle, realize our true nature, actualize our innate potentials and, ultimately, become free. These methods of practice relied on complex symbol systems.

In this series of three classes, we will explore two of the most important symbol systems, the methods of practice evolved to work with them and, finally, how to integrate these symbols and methods into our personal practice.

In this 60-minutes session we will explore through lecture, discussion and Q&A how to authentically integrate these symbols and methods into personal practice and daily life.

Perimenopause and menopause often bring unexpected shifts in mood, sleep, energy, and confidence—along with the feeling that you’re somehow supposed to manage it quietly. This yoga-based workshop, inspired by Lauren Toolin’s Flourish! program, offers a different experience: real tools, real support, and a deeper reconnection to yourself.
Through therapeutic yoga, breathwork, meditation and wisdom teachings, you'll gain practical support for your nervous system, hormones, and emotional well-being. Leave feeling more grounded, supported, and empowered, with a renewed understanding that midlife isn’t about disappearing - it's about showing up, shinier than ever.

Your Practice is the Brand: Me Mode™ for Yoga Teachers + Students
FULL

Limited Capacity full
Adding this to your schedule will put you on the waitlist.
The most powerful thing you offer as a teacher isn't something you manufacture, rather something you already embody.
This workshop invites yoga teachers into Me Mode™, a practice-based approach to teaching that honors your nervous system, your truth, and the particular way you move through the world.
We'll start on the mat. Through a carefully shaped practice, we'll let sensation, breath, intuition, and stillness do what they do best—  reveal what's actually there.
From there, we'll explore what it means to teach from the ground of your own life, rather than from comparison, trends, or the exhausting work of performing. You won't leave with a formula for "building your brand." You'll leave with something quieter and more durable: a clearer sense of what makes your teaching feel true, and how to speak from that place without dimming yourself or burning out.
Through reflection, embodied inquiry, and tools you can actually use, we'll work with:
  • What makes your teaching feel honest and unmistakably yours
  • How to shape felt experience into words that land
  • Ways to share your work that don't cost you your energy or integrity
While Sonia is happy to share on-camera/ social media tips and answer questions on growing your audiences & reaching goals of selling out retreats, please note this isn't a lecture on visibility. It's a space where your practice, insight, and presence converge so you can teach from who you are, not who you think you should be.
*Please bring a journal to this workshop.

Hands On: Adjusting Through the Lens of Elemental Action
Sunday June 14, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Limited Capacity seats available
In this 90 minute teachers practice, we will look at many bodies in several different shapes and address each person's individual needs dependent upon what the body presents. This will assume you have some experience with putting your hands on students and are looking to train your eye to see what exactly each body needs. We will analyze where the body needs more (or less) earth, more (or less) fire, more fluidity, less rigidity, more breath or more space. The result is using hands on adjusting beyond a 101 perspective; you will refine your ability to make the time you spend in a students’ space feel unique , satisfying and revelatory.
