Sati, Gom, Cho, Saddha & Sustainable Yoga
Thursday June 11, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
Yoga is always about being integrated — with yourself, with each other, with the world. Yet we forget this all the time.

Sati is a practice of remembering: your motivation, basic goodness, and inter-being-ness. Cyndi will introduce this concept, along with Gom, Cho, and Sadha- the traditional Buddhist progression for establishing an integrated, personal practice.

We will embody this work through a Sustainable Yoga practice: medium-paced vinyasa, precise alignment and mindfulness of feelings give us tools for embodying this four-part process.

As you remember and get familiar with moving in ways that nourish, strengthen and create physical resiliency, your yoga practice becomes self-renewing. Breath by breath, you will develop presence, stability, nimbleness, and confidence.

Radical Gratitude: Returning to What’s Real Without Bypassing What Hurts
Thursday June 11, 2026 4:00pm - 5:30pm EDT
It's tempting to use gratitude as an escape route from discomfort. But true gratitude is not a demand to pretend everything is fine; it’s the capacity to see and embrace the full, honest landscape of our experience. This session encourages us to acknowledge difficulty while still recognizing the innate tenderness and beauty that exist.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore gratitude as a steady, honest, and embodied practice that dismantles the myth of toxic positivity and roots us in reality while creating space for possibility. Through a blend of heartfelt discourse, meaningful reflection, and an accessible all-levels yoga practice, you’ll discover how gratitude can be a grounding force without glossing over the truth. We will explore how deep presence becomes transformative, supporting clarity, connection, and full integration.

You will be guided through an all-levels yoga practice utilizing asana, relaxation, pranayama, and meditation to feel gratitude from the inside out, through sensation and embodied awareness. This layered approach is designed to foster clarity, connection, and deep integration, allowing you to cultivate a sustainable sense of appreciation that is both honest and whole. All are welcome to explore this powerful path of presence.

Against the Grain: The Courage to Heal in a World That Pulls Us Apart
Friday June 12, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am EDT
In a culture shaped by speed, comparison, performance, and constant noise, it can feel almost natural to abandon ourselves in the name of fitting in or keeping up. But meaningful healing and genuine presence often asks us to
move in the opposite direction. It asks us to slow down, listen inward, and reclaim what the world teaches us to ignore.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore what it means to heal “against the grain,” especially when external pressures or internal habits push us toward disconnecting, perfecting, or overriding our own truth. Through grounded discourse and thoughtful reflection, we’ll look at the subtle patterns that masquerade as strength or goodness, and how yoga philosophy helps us discern what truly supports growth, clarity, and connection.

You’ll be guided through an all-levels yoga practice using asana, pranayama, and meditation to help you sense what alignment feels like in your body—moment by moment, breath by breath. Together, we’ll explore how embodiment becomes a compass for living with integrity, compassion, and courage, even when the world pulls us in a different direction.

This session is an invitation to return to yourself, trust your own inner knowing, and walk a path of healing that is honest, grounded, and deeply your own.

Embodied Insight: The Chakra System & the Psyche
Friday June 12, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
This class explores the intimate relationship between the psyche, the nervous system, and the body through the lens of the chakra system, held within a trauma-informed, psychological, and spiritual framework. The work of understanding how our beliefs, emotions, and survival patterns live in the body has been central to my own healing and remains the foundation of my teaching.
Transformational inner work invites us to turn toward the aspects of ourselves we’ve learned to avoid, suppress, or judge. Rather than bypassing discomfort, we learn how to meet it with awareness and skill, allowing insight and compassion to replace reactivity and self-betrayal. When internal narratives are brought into consciousness and worked with somatically, the body can release long-held tension, and the mind can reorganize around greater clarity and choice.
During our time together, we will explore shadow work, trauma and the brain, nervous system regulation, and the chakra system as a map for understanding both psychological patterns and energetic flow. Asana, pranayama, and meditation will be used intentionally to support specific energy centers, helping to restore the connection between body, breath, and inner intelligence.

Living Symbols and Inner Practices: Bhūta Śuddhi and Cakra Sādhana – Anāhata Cakra
Friday June 12, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
We all have the recurring experience of frustration and suffering - from different causes, and at different levels of intensity - throughout our daily lives. In response to this recurring experience, we seek to release suffering and find fulfillment outwardly and, as a result, become entangled in what the Ancients called the ‘world of name and form’. This misguided seeking perpetuates the recurrence of unresolved issues, frustrations, tension, and suffering that we all experience throughout our lives.

Deep methods of Inner Practice evolved in the tradition of Tantric Laya Yoga through which we can break this recurring cycle, realize our true nature, actualize our innate potentials and, ultimately, become free. These methods of practice relied on complex symbol systems.

In this series of three classes, we will explore two of the most important symbol systems, the methods of practice evolved to work with them and, finally, how to integrate these symbols and methods into our personal practice.

In this first 90-minute session of the series, we will
- Explore the cakra symbol system as a “microcosmic” map that reveals both our dysfunctional patterns and our innate untapped potentials.
- Introduce the methods of Bhūta Śuddhi and Cakra Sādhana
- Work with these methods in a practice focused on the Anāhata Cakra

Demystifying The Bandhas
Friday June 12, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
The popularity of vinyasa-based yoga practice has created a wide interest in the theory and practice of Mula, Uddiyana and Jalandhara Bandha – the “yogic locks.” In this workshop, Leslie applies his unique, experiential approach to clarify and, above all, simplify the practical, anatomical basis of these powerful, yet widely misunderstood tools.

The good news is the moment you first learned to coordinate breath and body movement, you were intuitively, implicitly learning bandha. From this perspective, deepening your yoga consists of nothing more than uncovering our innate ability to find support and spaciousness through breath-centered practice.

Vocal Release: A Healing Journey Through Voice, Sound & Movement
Friday June 12, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
In these challenging and uncertain times, many of us are carrying unexpressed emotion and stress in our bodies and voices. This trauma-informed workshop invites participants into gentle vocal and movement practices that support nervous-system regulation, emotional release, and authentic expression.

Through breath, sound, call-and-response, intuitive vocalization, and accessible movement, participants explore voice and vibration as pathways to connection, grounding, and collective care. No singing or movement experience is required — all voices and bodies are welcome.
Music as Medicine

Live music and sound are woven throughout the experience, offering support rather than spectacle. Jeff W. Jones’ multi-instrumental music, rhythm, and sonic textures create a grounding and responsive foundation for movement and somatic awareness. Morley’s soulful voice and layered soundscapes, together with Stan Strickland aka Rajahn’s masterful wind instruments and vocalizations, deepen the sound field — supporting nervous-system regulation, subtle body awareness, and collective presence. Together, music and movement form a living dialogue that gently awakens energetic flow and the vibration of love and healing — always in service of embodiment, choice, and care.

Chairs will be provided. Bring your mat!

Join Stephan and Ingrid in their wildly popular Chair Yoga class for all ages that is fun, challenging, invigorating, and inspiring (and perspiring!). We start in the chair for simple joint-opening movements, and then get up and create yoga flows using the chair as a prop that will surprise you and make you wonder why you haven’t done this before. Chair Yoga is great for people who may have stiff muscles, may have an injury, may not enjoy getting down to and up from the floor frequently (or at all), or who really enjoy learning a new way of practicing (and teaching) yoga. Some poses are actually deeper using a chair! It is a wonderful way to personalize your practice for your shifting daily needs. And, blissfully, you’ll experience a healing Savasana with your legs up on the chair, with Ingrid singing to you. : )

EMBODY: Awareness and Presence
Friday June 12, 2026 12:30pm - 1:30pm EDT
During this yoga practice you can expect gentle and thoughtful movement to help you arrive in your body & breath, and kind and mindful hands on assists to help you ground in the present moment. To EMBODY is to listen—truly listen—and to turn toward the softest murmurings of the self. Those quiet whispers so often drowned beneath the noise of haste, numbness, and thought.
E:Energy  M:Metta  B:Breath  O:Observe  D:Discover  Y:Yield
To be embodied is to remember the body not as a shell for the mind, but as a wise and breathing companion—a sacred vessel of memory and sensation, of longing, love, and spirit. Through it, we feel, we speak, we touch the world and allow the world to touch us back. It is through flesh and breath that our truth takes form and walks itself into being.

Feet: Your Mobile Foundation
Friday June 12, 2026 4:00pm - 5:30pm EDT
Most building foundations are rock solid and designed not to move. Our human foundation is different. If our toes, feet, and ankles don’t move properly, our foundation is compromised. Problems can “trickle up" and affect knees and hips. It’s challenging to have good balance and a healthy gate if part of the foundation is rigid. Come to this workshop to mobilize all the working parts from the knees down. We’ll address the vital role of the big toe and how to keep it healthy. We’ll even have some fun with gate analysis so we can put it all together for a healthy, happy stride.

Steady in the Storm: Finding the Middle When Nothing Feels Balanced
Saturday June 13, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am EDT
Life rarely offers perfect conditions. Whether we’re navigating personal stress, collective uncertainty, or the everyday unpredictability of being human, balance can feel elusive and sometimes even impossible. Yet yoga teaches that steadiness is not something we wait for; it’s something we cultivate from within.

In this 90-minute session, we’ll explore “the middle” as a living practice rather than a destination; as a place of integration, presence, and internal alignment that can hold us even when the world feels chaotic. Through grounded teaching and reflective inquiry, we’ll look at how imbalance shows up in our minds, bodies, and relationships, and how we can reconnect with the inner center that helps us meet life with clarity and compassion.

You’ll be guided through an all-levels yoga practice using asana, pranayama, and meditation to help you feel steadiness in your own body—moment to moment, breath to breath. Together, we’ll work with practices that support
grounding, spaciousness, and resilience, creating space to remember the stability that’s always available beneath the surface.

This session offers a chance to pause, breathe, and recalibrate and to rediscover a middle that is not fragile or rigid, but alive, responsive, and deeply human.

Foundation, Form, and Freedom: The Body and Beyond
Saturday June 13, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
Vinyasa Flow is the practice of synchronizing movement with breath, creating a continuous rhythm that links effort and awareness. Rooted in the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions, vinyasa also allows space for creative interpretation, psychological insight, and spiritual inquiry, making it a living, evolving practice rather than a fixed form.
Because of its fluid nature, vinyasa requires thoughtful sequencing and precise cueing to support stability, integrity, and safety. When done well, it builds strength without strain, mobility without collapse, and focus without rigidity. This class explores both the physical architecture and the subtle intelligence of vinyasa practice, emphasizing how alignment, breath, and transitions work together to support the nervous system and prepare the body for meditation.
We will move through the traditional arc of a vinyasa class, including Sun Salutations, standing poses, hip openers, backbends, forward bends, inversions, yin, and restorative postures. Along the way, we will examine breathwork, the relationship between effort and ease, as well as the benefits and potential risks of common postures.
This class is designed for students who want a deeper understanding of asana, and for teachers interested in how I organize, pace, and instruct vinyasa as both a technical and devotional practice.

Yoga Optimized: Physics With Feeling
Saturday June 13, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
This could be one of the most pivotal workshops in your yoga journey. While yoga is rooted in spiritual laws, Newton’s Laws still apply—because making shapes in gravity can either heal or hurt you.

Modern yoga often treats “alignment” as the Holy Grail, but traditional alignment focuses on geometry—like stacking bones into aesthetically pleasing shapes—without fully considering force transfer and load distribution. True sustainability in movement isn’t just about arranging our bones into ideal shapes; it’s about how force moves through the body.

Understanding how tension and compression act on the body in yoga helps us move efficiently and gracefully. This workshop shifts from a shape-first approach to one based on physics. You’ll learn to work with gravity, distributing forces wisely through muscles, fascia, and bones to enhance stability and freedom.
Eoin’s gift is simplifying complex concepts, but more importantly, you’ll experience what optimized movement means for your unique anatomy. The Blissology tagline is, “Yoga is a feeling, not just a shape,” and in this immersion, you’ll embody that truth.

You’ll leave with insights into sarcomeres and connective tissue and tools to guide your body toward better function—on and off the mat. Science is a gateway to the soul. You will learn to move in ways that feel good and cultivate reverence, kindness, and wisdom—the three pillars of Yoga Optimized.

Healing Our Ancestral Roots: Uniting Through Afro Flow Yoga®
Saturday June 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
At its heart, yoga means to unite. This embodied Afro Flow Yoga® workshop invites participants into a compassionate exploration of ancestral and collective stories carried in the body — not only those of our bloodline, but those we inherit as part of the human story.

Moving through both joy and pain, we explore the shared dynamics of the oppressed and the oppressor, cultivating self-reflection (Svādhyāya), grounding, and choice. This 90-minute session is an opening rather than a deep dive — planting seeds for continued inquiry, daily practice, and collective healing.

Living Symbols and Inner Practices: Devatā Yoga – Lakṣmī
Saturday June 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT

In the second session of the series, we will
- Explore the symbolism of the Vedic Gods and Goddesses as “macrocosmic map” that reveals what the Ancients called our Divine Human Potentials.
- Introduce the methods of Devatā Yoga
- Work with this methods in a practice focused on the Mahā Lakṣmī

The Neteru: Embodying Sacred Forces of Life
Saturday June 13, 2026 2:00pm - 3:30pm EDT
In ancient Egyptian cosmology, the Neteru (Gods and Goddesses) were understood as living forces of intelligence that move through nature, the body, and consciousness. Rather than distant deities, they represent aspects of life we already experience: illumination and shadow, grief and renewal, courage, desire, truth, and transformation.
In this class, we approach the Neteru as energies to be felt and embodied, as opposed to ideas to be studied. Through movement, breath, reflection, and meditation, we explore how these forces live in the nervous system, the emotional body, and the choices we make. The practice becomes a way of recognizing and engaging the sacred movements already shaping our inner and outer lives.
This class offers a grounded, embodied entry into working with the Neteru as guides for awareness, balance, and integration, inviting a deeper relationship with the intelligence of life itself.

We use them to reveal incongruous movement patterns, resolve pain, and generate health throughout the spine.

Meridian Flow for a Peaceful and Joyful Heart!
Sunday June 14, 2026 8:30am - 9:30am EDT
The Meridian Flow is a dynamic combination of Alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga, Chinese medicine, and Qigong. In the five-elemental paradigm, according to Chinese medicine, each season's energy corresponds to a different pair of organs' energy (or qi). The energy of the fire season (early summer) corresponds to the energy of the HEART and Small Intestine. Throughout this class, we will stimulate their energy pathways, known as meridians, by pressurizing and lengthening them in our Yoga and Qigong sets, which will create an acupressure effect.
We will be strengthening the arms, through which the heart and small intestine meridians run, as well as stretching them to release stagnation. We will flow through yoga sequences and qigong sets specifically designed for the heart, which will provide us with a peaceful and joyful heart, the emotions that we benefit from when the heart qi is balanced, rather than stress and anxiety, which deplete the heart when the qi is maladapted.
What makes this practice unique is the laser-like focus of meridian breathing, where the meridians are visualized as golden threads of light. This is an ancient healing Qigong technique known as Yi Qi Li, which guides energy with consciousness, strengthening the muscles of focused concentration, the 6th limb in the eight-fold path of yoga, known as Dharana, which precedes Dhyana, meditation. Therefore, this practice becomes a form of mediation in motion. You'll leave feeling a deep sense of peace, as well as a joyful energy that will set you up well for the rest of your day.

The Practice as Sacred Alchemy: Magick, Ritual, and Yoga
Sunday June 14, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am EDT
Magick is often described as the ability to shift energy through intention, and this is precisely what happens when movement, breath, and prayer are woven together with awareness. When practiced this way, yoga becomes an alchemical process, transforming contraction into expansion, fear into insight, and habit into conscious choice.
In this class, practice is approached as ritual. Movement becomes devotion. Breath becomes invocation. The body becomes a living altar through which we engage transformation not as an abstract concept, but as a lived, felt experience. When intention is embodied, yoga moves beyond exercise and becomes a means of aligning personal healing with something larger than the self.
Together, we will move through a soulful and intelligently sequenced practice that includes Sun Salutes A and B, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, inversions, meditation, mantra, mudra, and prayer.

Sunday June 14, 2026 10:30am - 11:30am EDT
Reconnect to the deep intelligence of your center. In this slow, steady practice, we’ll explore the pelvis as the body’s structural foundation and a potent energetic hub. We’ll begin by mapping the functional anatomy of the pelvis. Through accessible movement, you’ll learn how these structures collaborate to provide stability, mobility, and ease in daily life. Expect practices that illuminate how the pelvis moves with breath, how the pelvic floor responds to load and release, and how balanced engagement can support the spine, hips, and core. From there, we’ll shift into the energetics of the pelvis, exploring this space as the seat of grounding, creativity, and inner radiance. Using guided breathwork, visualizations, and slow, fluid movement, we’ll attune to the subtle rhythms of  flowing energy and the rooting and creative spark of first and second chakras. You’ll be invited to sense the pelvis not just as anatomy, but as home—an anchor point for intuition, presence, and personal power.

Kaia Methodology
Sunday June 14, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
The Kaia Methodology is a workshop led by founder Gina Norman that explores how sequencing, strength, breath, and awareness work together to create a sustainable, full-body yoga practice. Through a steady, intelligently paced class with ample hands-on assists, Gina helps students feel and understand why yoga is taught as a complete system—not as isolated poses. Rather than pulling the practice apart, this workshop emphasizes the integration of movement, breath, and meditation, showing how their combined effect supports strength, balance, and a sense of wholeness. The Kaia Methodology uses four core themes—philosophical focus, alignment, peak pose, and physical focus—to create a well-rounded class that leaves you feeling integrated. This workshop is ideal for students and teachers who want a deeper understanding of functional yoga and a practice that feels strong, grounded, and complete—on and off the mat.

Yin & Yang Flow with Yoga Nidra: Restore, Rest & Reset
Sunday June 14, 2026 12:00pm - 1:30pm EDT
This 75-minute practice blends gentle movement, yin-inspired stillness, and guided Yoga Nidra to help you unwind and restore. We begin with slow, intentional flow to warm the body and soften & hydrate the fascia, then shift into longer-held postures to release tension and nourish connective tissues. Class closes with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation known as “yogic sleep” or NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) which supports deep rest, nervous system balance, and better sleep.

Designed to calm the parasympathetic nervous system and support recovery, this class is perfect for athletes, busy professionals, and anyone needing space to let go and if you're looking for a reset so you can take even more of the fabulous other offerings at the Berkshire Yoga Festival! You’ll leave feeling grounded, rested, and renewed.

Sunday June 14, 2026 2:00pm - 3:15pm EDT
Superflow is a soulful, science-informed movement practice that blends yoga, functional mobility, Tai Chi, and surf-inspired flows.

Guided by Eoin Finn—drawing from 37 years of practice and deep studies in neuroscience, biomechanics, and embodied physiology—you’ll explore a way of moving that is intelligent, powerful, and graceful.

This workshop invites you to break free from rigid, linear patterns. You’ll explore circular, spiraling, and wave-like motions that dissolve tension, build fluid strength and reconnect you to the rhythms of nature. Each movement becomes a love letter to the ocean—a meditation in motion.

In this workshop, you’ll:
•Learn how neuroscience, biomechanics, and breath-awareness unlock embodied mobility
•Increase joint freedom, dynamic balance, and whole-body integration without strain
•Explore Eoin’s uniquely fluid sequences that feel incredible in your body and become a moving meditation
•Develop a body that’s fit like a surfer, loose like a yogi, and graceful like a chi-master
• Tune into your soul by taking a ride with your wise guide inside

Move with intention. Flow with joy.

Express the intelligence of nature through your body.
