About me
I turned to yoga during my career as a pharmaceutical sales rep. Years of lugging a large heavy bag and laptop and driving many miles daily added up to increasing back pain. Having scoliosis from birth didn’t help. Yoga relieved my physical pain and changed my perspective. I’ve been certified to teach yoga since 2013 and am a Certified Yoga Therapist since 2016. I operate a small business from my home where I specialize in pain relief, balance, and posture. Deep Stretch and Mat Pilates are my two group classes per week. I love teaching and traveling through FitBodies, Inc. We just returned from Isla Mujeres, Mexico and will head to Cabo San Lucas June 21st. When I’m not teaching, my husband and I enjoy water skiing, wine tasting, and taking care of our STR. My dog Hondo and I love to run and hike and I enjoy singing harmonies with my sister’s band and at church.
