About me
I've been practicing and teaching yoga for a long time, and I also host yoga retreats and new moon circles for women.
I love conversations with other teachers and students about their particular path through yoga.
I'm curious why someone was drawn to the practice in the first place, which texts or traditions they draw from (or don't), and what's been inspiring them lately.
Because of the retreats and circles, I'm especially curious about how other teachers organize their gatherings. What do they weave in beyond asana, whether that's meditation, movement, journaling, sharing circles, or ritual?
And if you've been to retreats or circles rather than led them, I'd love to hear what's stayed with you.
Right now, I'm gearing up for a breath-intensive with Judith Kravitz, so I'm especially curious about other people's relationship to breath work and how the breath heals the body and mind. Mostly, I just love comparing notes on what the practice is teaching us.
